The Swiss Network for the Rights of the Child (Netzwerk Kinderrechte Schweiz) today presented its reports to the Committee on the Rights of the Child on the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Second Optional Protocol on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.

A quote from this 2014 report:

“The International Code on the Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes as well as the final resolutions of the World Health Assembly are insufficiently anchored in Swiss law.”
